We are focused exclusively on smaller businesses (range of $1M to $5M) – a market traditionally underserved and overlooked by business consulting firms. Our work with smaller businesses includes working with CPA and law firms and investors or funding sources serving this market. We work with small business owners to evaluate and assess needs and opportunities utilizing our proven approach to business diagnostics. We then identify priorities and help you foster change to maximize business potential.

As entrepreneurs who have “been there and done that,” we bring a rich history in owning and advising businesses. We leverage our background and experience to help you reach your goals and ultimately attract capital or sell.
